New Year’s Intentions – 2020

Here’s hoping your new year is going fantastic so far!

If you are like me, you made a list of everything you were ready to be free of and burned that bad boy, and you also made a list of intentions for this coming trip around the sun. We are in a time of expansion right now, and if you haven’t done these yet, I highly recommend you get to it right away. Let’s not miss opportunity while it it’s around!

Here are some hints to make your intentions for 2020 as powerful as possible:

  • Focus on feelings rather than specific material things to attain
  • Only list things you desire, not the stuff you don’t want. Energetically, there is no difference between the two, so you might end up manifesting the “don’t” stuff instead of the “do” things
  • Stretch! Why settle for less, when the universal answer is always ‘yes’! Go for the BIG goals!

Fear is the common block to attaining your intentions. It has many faces. Sneaky, huh? Here are a few to keep on the lookout for:

  • Self-sabotage can creep in when you get complacent. ie:  “Wow – I have lost 5 pounds so it won’t hurt if I get that betterment milkshake”
  • Self-doubt can look like “This is too hard. I will never get there.”
  • Self-criticism will stop you in your tracks (I’m not strong enough or good enough)

If you put these in perspective and remember that they are simply FEAR, it’s much easier to buckle up and blow them away. Because you CAN!

Having an accountability partner really helps. My mentorship program is $444 for ninety days of weekly support, clearings and coaching. Let me know if you are ready to make THIS YEAR really count for you!

The Wait Is Over

Whatever you have been waiting for—it’s about time for you to be able to connect with it on the material plane. Saturn, the ruler of time, form and structure has been retrograde for quite a while, keeping everything in a holding pattern. Hopefully you have been doing your inner work to clear the path for manifestation! The Old Boy goes direct on September 18, so get your ducks in a row.

Get clear on what you truly want in your life. More importantly, how do you want to feel?

If you have been feeling stuck for the last few months, the wind is about to fill your sails, so make sure you have charted your path in the direction of your highest good.

Personally, I am excited. I’m over half done with my next book—a romance novel with tools for calling in a beloved partner! Stay tuned.

Alchemical Transformation

Ask just about anybody and they will tell you that the energies of late have been challenging. In a more positive light, we have been challenged to shed our old skin and let go of limiting beliefs and patterns that have been holding us back from joy in our lives.

As I observed my own process, I was able to identify the four stages of High Alchemy, so I thought it would be good to share these with you. Here they are:

Nigredo: a place of unawareness. This is our beginning point on our spiritual journey, before we begin to take responsibility for what we create in our reality

Albedo: the process of purification. When we start to wake up to our truth, we can choose to do our inner work to clear away what no longer serves us.

Citrinitis: transmutation. Next, we are able to transmute the lower energies into ones of higher vibration—from fear into love

Rubedo: the point of success. Here we find the sacred marriage of opposites—the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine unite within us.

Where are you on your path to joy? There is still time! Where you are is perfect, and you can begin to do the work to move yourself forward. If I can assist, I am always happy to do so!

Embodying Alignment

A few weeks ago I became aware of some hurtful actions taking place to someone close to me. Without realizing it, as an empath, I went into resonance with this person’s fear and pain. Her tender heart was broken. As I found out more about what was going on in her life, I became more and more angry and went into judgment. And it wasn’t even MY stuff!

The effect on me was fear and worry, and my ability to receive became blocked. I was totally out of alignment with divine flow in every area of my life.

When I woke up to what was going on, I knew I needed to forgive those who were causing pain to another. I could see more clearly that she had ‘hired’ them (and apparently so had I) to shine light on areas of darkness that were needed to be healed. We are all on a path to wake up to the truth—it’s all about love! The shift that was created by moving out of judgment and back to love was quick and subtle, and now I am feeling the ripple in all areas of my life.

Now I can more clearly see the spiritual lesson. Next time I will recognize what is going on before I create a train wreck by going into judgment. Hopefully you, too, can learn through my mistake!

Accountability – “I’ve Got This”

I have been known to be the Queen Of Procrastination. Recently I decided to stop this madness and get some help in overcoming it. I considered such options as getting a fitness trainer to make me accountable to go to the gym, a nutritionist to support me in healthy eating, even a business coach to prod me to do the things I know I should do to grow my business.

Then I had a moment of illumination—I tell everyone I coach that change has to come from within. So why should I look outside myself when I know where the answers really are? Certainly I should be walking my talk!

I had a vision. It looked like an isosceles triangle. At each of the points I saw the face of one of my friends (my responsible friends), and each on had committed to assist me with one area where I was desiring to improve. When I needed help I simply called out to the appropriate etheric friend and she would reply, ‘I got this.’ The energy around whatever it was would then shift.

The triangle represents the sacred geometry energetics that support the fabric of my reality. My friends are connected to me through a grid of accountability, and the intention to change is what creates the shift. It’s an inside job!

Turbo-Charged Healing

Hiking a Georgia waterfall in a pair of flip-flops might not be the best idea, but for me it created a situation where I could test my healing skills—on myself. I lived in a cabin in the mountains of north Georgia within a short driving distance of eight waterfalls and hiking them was one of my passions. i decided to climb up one, and part way up I decided that wasn’t such a good idea. On my way down I slipped and fell, and thought immediately, “I probably broke my arm.” My hand was just hanging there. It hurt really bad. I plunged my arm into the frigid waters of the stream to stop the swelling, then called on the Seven Healing Rays—violet to calm my emotions and green to work with bones and joints. While I was working with these colors, I formulated a plan to have my friends take me home. But when I pulled my arm out of the water, it felt so much better that i went on to hike the next waterfall. Without an X-ray we’ll never know if my arm was broken, but i spent the rest of her day with my friends in the outdoors instead of at an emergency room.

We all have awakening stories – those moments when we KNOW the curtain between the physical and spiritual worlds is as thin as a tissue. For me, this moment happened when I took a class called Seven Rays Healing. After the first class, where I was introduced to Ascended Masters through a meditation, I went home and went to bed.

A booming voice woke me up in the middle of the night and said, “Put your hands together and please put the soles of your feet together.” I looked over at my sleeping ex-husband thinking he was playing a joke on me. He wasn’t. He was sound asleep. So I put my hands and feet together. An amazing movie of purple and violet shapes flashed before my eyes. The next day I showed up early for the second day of the class so I could tell my teacher what happened. She showed me a copy of sacred geometry drawings from “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” by Drunvalo Melchizidek. I had been given a vision of sacred geometry that changed the trajectory of my life.

Here are some additional tips for healing work – for others as well as yourself. You can’t heal someone who doesn’t want to be healed, they MUST participate in the process. There are 4 tenets to healing: a) it must be requested, b) the client has to participate, c) they will only be healed to the level of their consciousness or their belief, and d) gratitude is the cement that makes it last. Healing always leaves an empty space, and since nature hates a vacuum it will fill it—sometimes with the very thing you wanted to get rid of. So give thanks for what you receive—gratitude seals the deal! It’s the thing that brings God’s love pouring in. And forgiveness always comes in as part of the healing process.

Since the Universe’ answer to every request is always yes, it’s important to stay open to possibilities. We limit how much we can receive by thinking we know what’s supposed to happen. When we do any form of healing we have to stay in surrender and not be attached to any outcome, because only at the level of the Higher Self, can any of us know what is the best solution for ourselves or others. Anything less is a form of judgment and that is against the Universal Rules.

Personal Responsibility & Accountability

As we grow in consciousness, it becomes important for us to take responsibility for the things we create. This is the basis of accountability. We create our reality. This is our birthright. We have always been able to manifest with our thoughts and our words. Now we have reached the place where we are able to do this consciously.

Humans have the unique ability to observe our circumstances from every angle and make decisions or rationalize based on what we see. Unfortunately, we often forget to do this and get so caught up in drama that we become focused on a single facet of life and lose sight of any other possibilities. This shrinks our perspective and turns three dimensional reality into a flat two dimensional picture. Our power to change and create becomes lost in the landscape. As soon as we attempt to define anything, we color it with past history and squeeze it into a smaller box that needs be, rather than allowing our higher self open the door to the field of pure potential.

In order to be good stewards of our birthright, then, it is important to utilize it by taking every opportunity to hone our skills of observation and witnessing. We can do this by releasing judgment—along with all preconceived notions, limiting beliefs ad past history. As we release judgment, it becomes easier to see that everything and everyone just is, and it follows that we can then look at every situation we encounter more objectively, from every angle. In fact, as we move into higher consciousness, it is imperative that we release all judgment. Only then can we begin the process of rectifying the mistakes we have made and correcting the effects they have caused.

Like a photographer, take a step back and allow your viewfinder to include more information. When you do this, a beautiful thing happens—possibilities and potentials begin to appear. Ideas which might never have occurred before light up before your eyes. Pandora’s Box of creativity unlocks and opens for you, and you have choices you can make.

Every facet of life shines light on a choice, an opportunity to exercise your free will. After all, that is why we chose to incarnate on this planet this time—to learn lessons involving free will and love. Don’t waste another minute with would, should and could. The gift of accountability and responsibility is that they call us into action and give energy to our creativity. Practice using these wonderful tools. Use every encounter to look at every possible aspect and every potential choice. Choose wisely. Your destiny depends on you taking responsibility for creating it and making it happen.

Realities Of Creation

Have you ever played with imagining what you would wish for if you found Aladdin’s lamp and the Genie inside? I used to spend hours pondering what my three wishes would be and how they might impact my life.

What I have come to realize is that by doing this and then actually believing you can have your wishes come true, you take a major step forward in making happen! If you can conceive something you can create it, and your tools are your imagination and your emotions—passion, actually. We keep ourselves from having and experiencing so much because we don’t believe we can, and most of the time this is because someone else told us we couldn’t. When these admonitions come from people we think are persons of authority (parents, teachers, the media) we tend to believe that they are true. It’s time for us to locate all these limiting beliefs and replace them with “I can…” and “I will…”.

Because we are multi-dimensional beings, we have the ability to create in several, if not many, different realities. We aren’t just limited to the physical world anymore. Truly we never were, but we just weren’t able to expand our minds to be able to see that. We had no frame of reference. The past is gone, taking with it all thoughts of playing small. You have found that magic lamp, and you aren’t limited to just three wishes—you can have as much (or as little) as you can handle.

Additionally, we create in multiple realities. One of these is the reality of emotion. Emotion is the fuel that activates your thoughts and intentions to bring them to fruition. You actually have an etheric energy body outside your physical one that holds your emotions.

Another creation reality is your DNA. DNA is much more than what science has discovered so far. In fact, science has dismissed most of the DNA in our bodies as junk. What if all the DNA components science doesn’t understand actually involve creation? I believe this is true.

You create in your dreams, a third reality. When you are in dream space, whether this is during sleep or during a day-dream, your brain is in its most creative vibration.

So what does this all mean? In order to maximize your ability to create everything you desire, there are three keys to success:

  • make sure your intentions are in alignment with your truth
  • be very clear about what you desire, especially how it will make you feel to realize it
  • enlist support in all three of these creation realities

In every moment you are creating. What you create is your choice. As our consciousness increases, more possibilities unfold before us, so please just keep asking bigger questions, open-ended ones. Keep reaching for the stars, because they aren’t as far away as they might appear.

Life Coaching Basics

Most of us would like to believe that we can get through life on our own, and it’s hard to reach out for help. After all, we have been trained to be self-sufficient since a very young age. This is why we go to school, get an education, take post-graduate training, etc. It’s all good!
However, how often do you get stuck? Are you looking at your life and knowing that there should be more to it?
This is where life coaching comes in. A life coach is someone who has been where you are and moved through to success, gathering tools along the way. But the best part of this is that the life coach is someone just like you! There is a lot of energy in observing someone’s success and realizing that if he/she can do it, so can you.
All too often, we paint ourselves into a corner by validating ourselves without the input of others. This is where that stuck place happens, and gaining ideas and tools from a coach can be one of the fastest ways to jump-start your forward progress once more.
What can you expect from a life coach? Positive, constructive observations and ideas are the basic platform a coach uses. Your coach should first listen to you, to hear where you are presently and what you desire to accomplish, then they can craft a personal plan to help you get there. Regular meetings—either via phone or in person—make you accountable, and that accountability is one of the biggest ways to effect personal growth and success. Look at Weight Watchers—that level of accountability has been the trademark of their success in helping millions to achieve the goal weight they desire.
What areas can a life coach assist you to shift? It’s unlimited! Any area where you are feeling blocked is an area where you can benefit from coaching—health, career, relationships, spiritual growth are just a few.
How do you find the right coach for you? Start by asking your personal network to find who has benefitted from coaching and who your friends and colleagues recommend. Personal reference is generally best. Next check the internet. Google has become one of the best tools for finding not only what you need, but allowing you to check their references as well. Most coaches will offer you a complimentary meeting. This can give you several great benefits with no investment other than your time. First, you can tell whether you resonate with the coach. If you don’t, you can move on, no harm—no foul. Coaches are like shoes—if they don’t fit in the store, they aren’t gong to feel better after you get home. Second, you will be able to assess if you think this coach will be able to get you where you want to go. Most coaches will actually provide a tip or two in the initial meeting that you can use immediately, whether or not you decide to continue with them.
Coaching works because it is in alignment with the universal principle of combined force—when two or more are gathered together with a common goal, much can be accomplished.

The Path To Honor

Honor, integrity, and uprightness all follow along once you remember who you are. In order to get there, you must first identify your core values—those ideals that are so important to you that you would defend them at all cost. At this point, you can’t go back because once you know, you know. Period. That knowledge stays in the forefront of your mind and red flags appear if you step outside the boundaries of your integrity.

Your core values and your choices comprise your personal sphere of integrity. You alone are responsible for this sphere. You can choose to accept or reject any ideas, beliefs, commands, paradigms or reality or statements that are presented to you. You are always in choice. As long as you stay in alignment with your personal sphere of integrity, you retain your honor.
Here is an exercise to assist in this process. Start by making a list of the values and beliefs that are the basis for your truth, that are what you ‘stand for’. Then narrow the list down to five or six that are your core beliefs, then stay with these.

The interesting metaphor for honor is your spine. When you have doubt about your truth, you will develop subluxations in your vertebrae. Vice versa, if you are having back pain, it’s a clue that you are out of integrity about something! When you get your honor back in line, your back will fix itself. The body is just that literal!

Louise Hay wrote a marvelous little book many years ago, Heal Your Body. In the paperback version, the small blue one, there is a chart in the back equating each vertebra with the associated energetic issue. I highly recommend this as a handbook on your path.

The energetic component to honor and integrity is held in your chakra system. The chakras, or energetic centers, align with your spine and relate to your organs and glands. They, too, can be affected by your issues of honor and integrity, causing physical manifestations as well. Your body is a great barometer of the health of your soul. When we are out of integrity with our truth, the messages begin to arrive—subtly at first, but stronger if we don’t get the message. It’s like the ol’ carrot and stick principle. When we don’t learn from the carrot, the Universe will present the lesson to us via the stick (or the cosmic two by four)! This will generally involve pain or disease within the physical body.

We come here with a purpose and a path to follow that is unique to each of us. By finding your truth and living in alignment with it, your path becomes a path of honor—free from pain or distraction. It’s a path that leads to peace.
